Fabled Robe Bottoms
Long panels of black weave, hemmed in a script that slowly circles the wearer and never repeats. Wear the whole set and the script circles on the ground as well, under a broken halo. Nobody has read enough of it to learn the name of the city.
How to get it
There is no regular way to get this today.
What it is for
Set super, Shatterfall: with all 6 pieces of the set worn, it takes the place of Depthcall. Rise on the broken halo and bring it down. Three shards fall on the target and on up to five monsters within three tiles of it, each with a max hit of 60 at twice your accuracy, and every monster struck reels for two seconds. Against a player, one shard falls. No sigils needed. Only the whole Fabled set can call it. It costs 75% super energy.
Set attack, Starshard: One stamp of the staff, and a star kindles over your head and breaks: a shard of old starlight falls on the target and on up to 2 more monsters within 2 tiles of it, each with a max hit of 46. Cast every 2.4 seconds with no sigils. The whole Fabled set casts it as the staff's own attack whenever no autocast spell is chosen. Choose an autocast spell and that casts instead.
